How long does development take?

We show a demo of the bot in 1–2 days. A simple bot is usually ready in a few days, a booking bot with an admin panel in 1–2 weeks, and a website in 1–3 weeks depending on scope. We confirm the exact timeline before work starts.

How does payment work?

First a free demo. If it works for you — 50% up front, the remaining 50% after launch. Support is paid monthly under the plan you choose.

What do you need from me?

Your list of services with prices and durations, your staff and their schedules, address and contacts. For a WhatsApp bot — the phone number we connect to the bot. We handle the rest.

Where does the bot run?

On our VPS in Kazakhstan, with monitoring, backups and SSL. If you have your own server or a partner's, we can host the bot there.

What happens if I cancel support?

The bot stays yours. Hosting on our server is part of support, so without it we help move the bot to your server and hand over access. One-off changes after that are billed by the hour.

How are you different from online booking services?

An online booking service is a ready-made platform with a monthly fee and its own interface. We build a bot around your business: it works right in Telegram and WhatsApp, where your clients already chat, follows your services and rules, and the booking data belongs to you.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. They already have WhatsApp or Telegram — the most-used messengers in Kazakhstan. They just open a chat and book.
